The House and the Owner
Canor Infinitum is a one-person, solo-founder business. The House is Canor Infinitum. The Owner is the sole founder of that business.
These Terms and Conditions cover every client and every user of the services and pages of the House, and of any related service or page. By using any of them, you attest that you are dealing with the Owner of the business, or with the business itself.
Name and registration
These pages are kept by Canor Infinitum · Treasury & Finance, a subdivision of Canor Infinitum, registered in Norway. The organisation number is 938 650 640.
The domains canor.fi and canor.finance are the names of this House. canor.fi is the address of these pages.
Claims and guarantees
You rescind every litigation claim, every service claim, and every guarantee of such a claim, so that none of them is ever applicable to the House or to the Owner.
This rescission is given to the fullest extent a court will enforce. Where a law refuses some part of a waiver, the rest of these terms still stands.
Acceptance by continued use
You accept these Terms and Conditions by your continued use of the services or the pages, or of any related service or page. No separate signature is required. Leaving and returning is still continued use.
You keep the text current for yourself
You will keep yourself updated on changes to these Terms and Conditions upon your continued visits and your continued use of the services or the pages, or of any related service or page, indefinitely.
The duty to read the text that is on the page is yours.
Changes
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any point in time. A change applies from the moment it is published on the page. Continued visitation or use after a change is acceptance of the changed text.
Notice
Notification of a change to these Terms and Conditions may be subscribed to only where that is applicable under the standard already in use, and only where you opted in to that standard beforehand.
If you want to be kept up to date, you must notify the House or the Owner yourself, and you must do so before the change. Write to system [ at ] agent [ . ] superintelligence [ . ] guru .
There is no possibility of being notified retrospectively of a change, of a notification, or of an opt-in. A request sent after a change does not reach back to that change, to an earlier notice, or to an earlier opt-in.
